Dorothy supervises and controls all strategic and business aspects of the company in order to improve the company’s operation and guide it towards long-term success. In her position, she develops business strategies and plans, and oversees all activities in disease prevention and health promotion, health supply chain, human resources and IT solutions for health to ensure that they produce the expected results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

Dorothy Leab is responsible for determining and implementing the strategic direction of GaneshAID. She oversees the overall operation and evaluates the success of the company in reaching its goals. In her position, she ensures that GaneshAID’s services and products are consistent with the overall strategy and mission, and that all services meet high-quality standards. Dorothy is also in charge of partnership building with key partners and stakeholders in public, NGO, and private sectors. She analyses and finds solutions to the company’s challenges.

Before running GaneshAID, Dorothy managed various projects and teams for over 20 years and handled tasks in financing, planning, risk management, project monitoring, reporting, and evaluation.

Dorothy holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Economics from the University of Paris XII in France.

Business Development and Partnership Manager
Eric Vivien is in charge of implementing GaneshAID’s business development strategy. In his role, he identifies, maintains, and shapes our services to best address clients’ needs. He develops partnerships with customers to provide insights into new development requests for technologies and innovative public health solutions.

He is dedicated to networking with customers and suppliers to build the most cost-effective business platform for a non-profit marketplace. Eric is eager to make clients’ challenges ours and GaneshAID’s knowledge theirs. Before joining GaneshAID, he worked for 11 years in multiple cultural environments as a scientist and as a cooperation officer.

He has extensive experience in international networking, particularly in pooling resources and sharing best practices. He supported the balanced partnership-building of stakeholders across 60 universities in Europe and Asia. Eric set up a community of practices and supported long-term strategies to foster collaboration and work opportunities. He is passionate about organizations that enable creativity and innovations in client solutions. He’s dedicated to ensuring GaneshAID’s commitment and credibility to ensure loyal relationships with clients.

Eric holds a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Montpellier (France) and conducted post-doctoral research on cervical cancer in India.

Accountant and Administrator
Hanh Bui is in charge of developing and monitoring GaneshAID’s financial and accounting systems. In her position, she collects and analyzes financial information to make recommendations on the efficient use of resources and procedures. She provides strategic solutions to business and financial problems.

Hanh is assigned to handle the full spectrum of finances and accounting to ensure compliance with the current accounting regulations and financial controls. She is also in charge of administrative procedures within the office and ensures effective coordination with international, national, and provincial partners and authorities.

Prior to joining GaneshAID, Hanh worked for almost 11 years as an accountant and administrator in both public and private sectors for organizations including Hanoi National Reserve Department, NKB Architecture Company, and the Agence de Médecine Préventive (AMP). She has solid experience in managing finances and accounting, such as preparing all declaration reports for tax authorities, budget forecasts, and financial proposals. She ensures that all agreements with partners are respected and negotiated according to standard administrative and accounting management principles.
